Dale L. Hudson, PsyD, is an author, researcher, consultant, and leadership practitioner whose work focuses on the relational conditions that shape human connection, leadership effectiveness, workplace engagement, and organizational performance. Drawing upon more than three decades of professional experience and years of study in psychology, leadership, attachment theory, and organizational behavior, he has dedicated his work to understanding how relationships influence the way people lead, work, learn, and thrive.

Dr. Hudson is the developer of Relational Intelligence, a framework that explores how trust, psychological safety, emotional responsiveness, and relational environments influence individual and organizational outcomes. His work integrates insights from attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, systems thinking, organizational culture, leadership studies, and coaching psychology to provide a practical approach to understanding the human side of organizational life.

He is the author of the Relational Intelligence Series and is actively engaged in developing research, assessment instruments, workshops, and educational programs designed to make Relational Intelligence understandable, measurable, teachable, and applicable. His current work focuses on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, trust, employee engagement, psychological safety, and the relational environments that shape workplace experience.
